There is no reason why not! However stay away from the beach and swimming pools and any other place where you will have bare feet. I wouldn't give a damn but there are some guys out there who might just make things a little rough. Toe nail polish on guys may not be acceptable--- yet!

Yes, guys need pink toes or red toes. It makes them look more divine and divaesque.
pedicures are okay, nowadays guys are also becoming more concerned about their appearances and it's nice to see a wellgroomed guy. but i would advise you against the red/pink thing, you might get mistaken for a gay, unless you want that. stick with clear polish or more masculine colours.
