Any opinions on a ';medium level'; salon for pedicures in the Costa Mesa vicinity?

Searching for a regular stop for pedicures where you soak for awhile and then get the oils etc to completely makeover your feet in 1 visit 1.5 hours later in Costa Mesa area, anyone know of a place

I've heard there's a really good one in the Sacramento area called Sally's, but I have no clue how close that is in relation to you.
